These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of STATUS 22’s Website, located at your domain. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 1. Limited Drops & Inventory Policy

STATUS 22 operates on an exclusive, limited-run release model (“Drops”).

  • No Restocks: Items marked as “Limited Drop” or “Gone Forever” will not be restocked once sold out.

  • Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the inventory. An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation email is sent.

2. VIP & Exclusive Experience Booking

  • Bookings made via the “Exclusive” or “VIP Experience” page are subject to availability and confirmation by the STATUS 22 team.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any private in-store or custom order request at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping, subject to stock availability and payment verification.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or customs clearance delays for international shipments.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the highly limited nature of our drops, our return policy is strict:

  • All sales from “Limited Drops” are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Size exchanges are only permitted if alternative sizes remain in stock at the time of the request.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, STATUS 22 and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on STATUS 22. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from STATUS 22 for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from STATUS 22

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from STATUS 22

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from STATUS 22

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall STATUS 22, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. STATUS 22, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alabama for the resolution of any disputes.
